New features in NTFS Security Manager v2.2

A new version of NTFS Security Manager 2.2 has been released recently with features like Apply Central Access Policy to shared folder(s) / file(s) and Revoke Central Access Policy from shared folder(s) / file(s). Apply and Revoke Central access policies features allow administrators to centrally manage shares across servers and workstations in a domain.

Apply CAP

This feature allows you to apply central access policy to the selected shared folder(s) / file(s). You can view and select the required Central Access Policy from the domain that belongs to the selected shared folder(s) / file(s).

Revoke CAP

This feature allows you to remove a central access policy from the selected shared folder(s) / file(s). You will also have the option to revoke a central access policy only if the selected central access policy is applied on the selected shared folder(s) / file(s).

Central Access Policies Change History

The Change History feature has been updated to view central access policies change history with specified date and specified task.
